“At The Bridge Psychology, I believe every brain is unique—and so is every journey. My goal is to help you thrive, not just survive, with care that truly fits who you are.”
I specialise in the assessment and treatment of autism, ADHD, and the commonly co-occurring emotional and behavioural conditions. I work with individuals across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—offering therapy and assessments that are neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s unique strengths and goals.
Ivanna has a particular interest in the often-missed or misunderstood presentations of autistic females and internalising individuals, who often mask their challenges, internalise distress, or go years without appropriate support. Her work aims to validate and make visible these experiences, empowering clients to understand themselves more fully and build confidence in their identity.
Whether you are navigating emotional regulation, sensory sensitivities, executive functioning, social connections, or major life transitions, Ivanna works alongside you to support:
In addition to her clinical work, Ivanna has presented her research nationally and internationally at conferences such as AMAZE, ASfAR, and INSAR. She remains deeply engaged in ongoing learning and advocacy for neurodivergent communities.
Ivanna is currently welcoming new clients. While a waitlist may apply, enquiries from individuals and families seeking thoughtful, affirming psychological support are warmly encouraged.
